However certain Terms and Conditions of sale must apply. We have endeavoured to keep them as simple as possible and they are shown below.

All products bought from www.Blossom-uk.com are sold in accordance with the following Terms and Conditions of Sale.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Placing an Order.

All orders must be placed via our secure checkout system on our website. We do not take orders over the telephone as we operate an Internet based secure ordering facility. We never have access to your credit or debit card details.

Pricing.

P & P charges are not included in the sell price but will be added to the invoice at checkout. In the event of a pricing error which is subsequently discovered at the time of despatch, Blossom-UK have the right to cancel the order and will refund immediately any charge that may have been made at the time of discovering the error. Blossom-UK will promptly contact the customer and explain the reason for the cancellation of the order and the steps taken to refund any payment taken. 

Product Descriptions.

Every effort is made to describe all products accurately and honestly. Photographs shown may not be of the actual product received. 

Payment:

Card payments are taken via PayPal for Business. Most major credit and debit cards are taken and processed securely through PayPal for Business. We regret that we cannot accept cheques or cash sent by post.

Order Cancellation.

In circumstances that are out of Blossom-UK's control, it may be necessary to cancel orders before shipping. Blossom-UK will promptly contact the customer and explain the reason for the cancellation of the order and the steps taken to refund any payment taken. Customers may cancel orders before shipment without charge; customers who repeatedly order and then cancel or return goods without good reason may be refused future orders. 

Refunds.

Refunds will be made back onto the originating card via Paypal Business Services. Returns and refunds will be processed as quickly as possible within 5 working days but may take up to 10 working days but in certain circumstances may take up to 28 days to process.

Shipping.

Orders will normally be shipped within 1 but no more than 5 working days of clearance of payment. If Blossom-UK is unable to meet these shipment times, customers will be informed and will be given the option to wait for their order or to be refunded in full. Responsibility for the timely and proper delivery of the parcel falls to the carrier once the goods have been shipped.

The title of the product(s) purchased passes to the customer only after the customer has taken delivery of the goods from the carrier. A signature is required at the point of delivery. Should a parcel not arrive and a claim for non-delivery be made by the customer, Blossom-UK will reimburse to the customer the cost of the order in full including P & P only after carrying out a full investigation with the carrier. Should a parcel arrive damaged or tampered with in any way, customers are advised to refuse delivery and email: sales@blossom-uk.com or call 01527 453926 describing in as much detail as possible the date of the attempted delivery and the damage observed. Customer will be advised of options available e.g. refund, re-order or replacement item. A full investigation is made into any claim of tampering, damage or loss or damage to items or parcel.

14-Day Returns Policy/ Returns

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, should this not be the case and for any reason you are not happy and wish to return a product, you are protected by our 14-Day Returns Policy. Refund will be given unreservedly as long as certain conditions outlined below are followed:

• The 14-Day Returns Policy comes into effect during the period of time elapsed from the day the order is signed for/received until the day that the return is received by Blossom-UK. Orders received for refund after the 14-day period will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer by 1st class Royal Mail; responsibility for non-receipt of the parcel will not be accepted by Blossom-UK. 

• Products returned must be properly packaged and addressed and sent by 1st Class Recorded Delivery up to value of £46 and by Royal Mail Special DElivery if value os over £46.

• Due care and attention must be taken whilst examining the products and Blossom-UK reserve the right to refuse for refund or return the item(s) should any evidence of damage or mistreatment be in evidence;

• All refunds are strictly conditional on security tags/hygiene seals where used being intact and goods returned in their original condition.

• Items must not have been re-sized, altered or amended from their original condition. For faster processing, please re-package securely, and return to: Blossom-uk.com  - 19 Underwood Close, Callow Hill, Redditch B97 5YS. When returning products under the 14-Day Returns Policy please enclose a note advising the reason for return and whether a replacement or refund is required

Once all of the above conditions have been met, Blossom-UK will at the direction of the customer, replace or refund in full (including P & P in the case of faulty item or incorrect item sent only) onto the credit or debit card of the original cardholder who placed the order.

Product Guarantee/Limited Warranty.

All products are guaranteed for 6 months (180 days) from date of receipt of the item. The Guarantee covers defects in materials and workmanship other than for normal every day wear and tear and is sold with the understanding that that Blossom-UK sells fashion and costume jewellery, gifts and accessories of varying materials including but not limited to, silver, gold plated metals, plastic, silk, resin, brass, leather and that some items by the nature of the material used will be less robust and may be prone to damage caused by rough handling, misuse or chemicals

Quality.

Customers can expect excellent quality in workmanship and materials - It should be understood that many items are handmade and slight imperfections may occur which are considered to add to the uniqueness of handmade designs. Each product is inspected carefully at several stages to ensure that it is free from obvious defects and conforms to the product specification.

Design and Intellectual Property Disclaimer.

www.blossom-uk.com is a wholesaler and importer of high quality fashion jewellery sourced from manufacturers, suppliers and individual designers with the intention to be sold on the Internet at www.blossom-uk.com. www.blossom-uk.com is not the manufacturer or designer of these pieces. We may feature designs that are comparable in quality and/or look to products sold by famous designers and even though some of the products sold on our site may look similar to those sold by famous designers, they are not manufactured or licensed by any famous designer unless otherwise claimed as such.
